Out of Hours Support

In the rare event that you require urgent support outside normal UK business hours you can contact ASTRAC using the following process.

Please note this support is only available to ASTRAC AS and ASICE customers. If you are using IBM AS (not ASTRAC AS) click here and contact your local IBM representative.

1. Telephone the ASTRAC Support line using one of these numbers:

Telephone support is provided during normal UK office hours - at other times you will be connected to a message service who will take details and you will be contacted by a duty support representative.
